1 Bacon ranch salad w/ grilled chicken and light dressing
1 Diet coke

1 Fruit+ yogurt parfait
1/2 Frozen banana
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken + BBQ sauce
1 Small baked potato
Mixed stir-fry veggies (squash, peppers + mushrooms) w/ spray butter
1/2 Corn on the cob
Diet iced tea
