Day 8 - Tuesday, June 7

Getting serious this week - Started weekly weighings with my wife (who started weight watchers). The scale was put in the dining room just past the kitchen, so it can be seen while using the refrigerator!

Breakfast
1 Cup Honey-Nut Cherrios w/ 1 cup skim milk
1 Fruit cup

Snack
1 Pear
1 Glass of water

Lunch
1/2 Wawa pasta bowl w/ country chicken
1 Lg diet coke

Snack
1/2 Wawa pasta bowl w/ country chicken

Dinner
1 Serving pasta w/red sauce
1 Roll w/ fake butter spread

1 Chicken nugget
1/2 Frozen banana
Diet lemon iced tea
1 Glass water

Stayed up late and got hungry:
Couple handfuls of cherrios (needed to be honest!)
