Day 5 - Saturday, June 4
Today is the last day that should be the worst for eating. My wife's 30th surprise birthday party is tonight at RED LOBSTER - yummmm. I'm am trying to be as good as possible during the day to try to offset the damage I will do tonight. After today, there are no more "special occasions/EXCUSES" to eat badly.
Breakfast
"Beans on toast" (traditional English breakfast - my wife's fault, she's English)
2 slices of light seven grain bread, little fake butter spread and veg. baked beans
(It tastes better than it sounds)
Snack
2 Slices of deli ham
2 Large strawberries
Diet lemon iced tea
Few grapes
Lunch
1 Serving chicken + pasta stir fry
Diet lemon iced tea
1 Nutrigrain bar
Dinner - RED LOBSTER
Too much of everything. LAST BAD MEAL for a long time.
