Day 3 - Thursday, June 2
I'm trying to eat well this morning and afternoon, because I know I'm in for a big dinner. It's my wife's 30th birthday and we're going out. Not gonna be good!
Breakfast
1 Bowl Kellog's w/ berries and skim milk
Few grapes
Diet green iced tea
Snack
1 Med banana
1 Glass water
Lunch
1 Ham, turkey + 2% cheese sandwich on lg roll w/ light mayo
1 Lg diet coke
Snack
10 grapes
1 Lg strawberry
Dinner (Wife's 30th Birthday Dinner at Texas Roadhouse -BAD!!!)
Rolls w/ butter
2 Jalapeno poppers
1 Chicken Finger
Kid's size Ribs w/ couple of french fries
1/2 Choc brownie + ice cream
Diet coke
Dinner was goooood. I will be good until Saturday's Dinner - Party for her 30th at Red Lobster!
