Day 1 - First day after over-eating on 2 week Disney Cruise

This is my attempt to journal everything I eat in the hope of losing weight in the process! My wife and I just completed a 2 week Disney cruise and 2 days in Disneyland and overate every single day. The extra couple of pounds I added (in addition to the couple of extra pounds I was already carrying around) is starting to become a little too uncomfortable for my liking. Also, I am way too cheap to buy new "fat" clothes.

Day one - so far (10:30 am)
1 Cup of coffee w/ milk
1 Small fruit and yogurt parfait

Lunch
1 Bacon ranch salad w/ light vinaigrette dressing
1 Lg diet coke (can't live without it-my wife got me addicted to it, I know I should be drinking more water)

3:00 pm
20 oz water

Dinner - 5:45 pm
1 Serving Roasted Chicken
1 Baked Potato
1 Serving Sweet Corn
1 Can diet coke

Snack
1 Med bowl Kellog's w/ berries + skim milk
+ some diet coke

Hopefully I will make it to bed without anything else!
